This was a drawing I did for a band called The Used. Their new album's cover art had a concept about the media being forced upon us, so i thought i would do a spin off of their art. The violin represents a person in todays society and the needle is the media. We find that people are being shown that they have to act this way or that way to be accepted and if they don't act the right way they are broken down. Instead of people fixing broken ones society tells them that they are better off this way, basically numbing the person.
